		<description>Elina, My tiny packet of cocoa nibs lasted me about a month and a half- so despite being expensive, they do go a long way! I think in that sense, it&#039;s worth it to at least give them a try. :) I think the way to deal with the lack of sweetness is to mix them in with other stuff. My favorite boat of oatmeal contains mashed banana, peanut butter, and cocoa nibs- that way they can profit from the sweetness of the banana. :)</description>

Diana, K - I definitely don&#039;t plan on living without chocolate forever. I just needed to do this challenge to really reset my body and evaluate what&#039;s important to me and what I was doing/eating on auto-pilot. Chocolate will be back in my diet after July 15th for sure :)

Jenny, that&#039;s totally how I am but it got a little out of hand before the CLC. I plan on incorporating chocolate back in my life after the CLC is over... but in moderation!

Kelly - I&#039;m totally with you! Moderation is key, I just often cross that line. Hopefully I&#039;ll get there one day! :D</description>

If chocolate is your &#039;downfall&#039; why not incorporate it to your CLC - I don&#039;t think you should feel deprived when you try to clean up your eating habits. Oh and you must try carob! I love it!</description>
